TRX Upper Body Workout
If you have access to TRX bands, here is a basic upper body circuit you can try while using them.
-TRX Pushups

-TRX Triceps Extensions
-TRX Bicep Curls
You can increase the difficulty by increasing the number of reps and sets, as well as limiting the amount of rest in between sets. Use slow, controlled motions to work on your muscle stability and increase your overall strength.
