Full Body Kettlebell Workout

You don’t always need a lot of equipment or space to get a great workout in. Here’s a kettlebell workout you can try out. Try completing the circuit all the way through for 3 sets with a minute rest in between. Adjust the weight of the kettlebell and amount or repetitions to cater towards your skill level, but challenge yourself!

-Kettlebell Swings x10

-Kettlebell Sumo Squats x10

-Kettlebell Shoulder Press x10

-Kettlebell Bent Over Rows x5 each arm

-Kettlebell Lunges x5 each leg

-Kettlebell Curls x 5 each arm

-Kettlebell Lateral Lunges x5 each side
