Today’s workout will be a timed circuit! Complete each exercise back to back until you’ve finished all 7, then take a short break if you need. Our goal is to complete as many rounds as you can in 45 minutes. Let us know how you do and share your exercises/results on social media. Make sure to tag us so we can see!


-Push Ups x 12

-Sit Thru’s x 12

-Mountain Climbers x 12

-Dips x 12

-Quick Steps x 12 (each leg)

-Shoulder Taps (in push up position) x 12 (each)

-Heel Touches x 12 (each side)


REMEMBER: Everyone’s skill level is different. If the number of reps listed are too tough, do less but still keep a brisk pace. The number of reps should not be too easy, because our goal is to complete as many rounds with great form as possible. Good luck and stay safe!
