  • Seated Shoulder Press: 3x15 (warm-up)

  • Seated Arnold Press: 3x10

  • Tricep Push Downs: 3x10

    Super Set

    Barbell Curls: 3x10

  • Side Raises: 3x10

    Super Set

    Front Raises: 3x10

  • Overhead Tricep Extensions: 3x10

    Super Set

    DB Curls: 3x10

  • Shoulder Shrugs: 3x10 (with 2 second hold)

  • Diamond Push Ups: 3x10

    Super Set

    Hammer Curls: 3x10
