On The Go Workout

Whether you’re on vacation or on the road for work, being able to get a quick workout done in your hotel room is still beneficial! Here’s an idea for a quick 30 minute workout you can try the next time you’re on the road.

  • Body Weight Squats

  • Pushups (If you can’t do normal pushups, try knee pushups)

  • Lunges

  • Crunches

  • Side Crunches

  • Planks

*Do each exercise one after the other

*Repeat the circuit for 3-5 sets

*Start off with ten repetitions of each exercise and increase depending on skill level

*Keep it fast paced and challenge yourself!
