Can't get out to the gym today? No Problem! Here's a workout you can do strictly based off body weight at home.

Body Weight Workout

*Complete as many rounds you can in 30 minutes*

Depending on your skill level, you can alter the amount of reps per set. Challenge yourself!

  • Squats x 10

  • Push-Ups x 10

  • Side Lunges x 20 (10 each side)

  • Crunches x 20

  • Sit-Thru's x 20

  • Planks x 1 minute

If you have weights around the house, you can always add them to make things more challenging.
